  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ¼ cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 3 tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2/3 cup whole wheat flour for crumble topping
  • ¼ cup melted butter for crumble topping
  • ½ tsp cinnamon for crumble topping
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar for crumble topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a muffin pan.
  2. In a saucepan, reduce apple cider by half over medium heat. Whisk in melted butter and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk brown sugar, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla; add reduced apple cider mixture.
