  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup freeze dried strawberries (lightly crushed)
  • 1/8 tsp almond extract
  • 3/4 cup freeze dried apples (or chopped dried apples)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup raisins or finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup dried tart cherries (fruit juice sweetened)
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 scoops (6 tablespoons) vanilla plant-based protein
  • 1.25-ounce package sprinkles (or 8 teaspoons)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and ground flax or chia seeds. Add any spices for additional flavor.
  2. Mix in the nut butter, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of salt until well combined.
