  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream (for ganache)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cookie crust by mixing the crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate.
  2. For the filling, melt chocolate chips and allow to cool slightly. Beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until creamy, then mix in powdered sugar, extract, and melted chocolate. Fold in whipped cream until combined.
  3. Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
