  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans
  • 1 can (15.25 oz) corn (undrained)
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 8 oz light cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Rinse the black beans under cold water to remove excess sodium.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot. Layer with corn, Rotel tomatoes, and black beans.
