  • 1 box Betty Crocker French Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) Instant Vanilla or French Vanilla Pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 carton Cool Whip
  • Food coloring (neon colors)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil; mix until smooth.
  2. Divide the batter into three bowls and color each with different food colorings.
  3. Place colored batters into Ziploc bags; cut off one end and pipe into a greased 9×13 pan to create a marbled effect.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow the cake to cool, then poke holes every 1.5 inches across the top.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and pudding until thickened; pour over the cake to soak.
  7. Spread Cool Whip evenly on top and add sprinkles for decoration.
