  • 1 box white or yellow cake mix (13.25 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 58 M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix and flour. Stir in melted butter, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until the dough is thick.
  3. Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls and coat in sugar.
  4. Place dough balls in muffin tins, pressing down in the center to form cups.
  5. Bake for about 14 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Let cool before transferring to wire racks.
  6. For the ganache, heat heavy cream until steaming, then stir in white chocolate chips until smooth.
  7. Fill cooled cookie cups with ganache and top each with two M&Ms as bunny faces.
