  • 2 cans Crescent Roll Dough
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (chopped, such as parsley or chives)
  • 1/3 cup artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1/3 cup frozen spinach (thawed, moisture squeezed out)
  • 2 tablespoons onion (finely diced)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, artichoke hearts, spinach, onion, minced garlic, salt, and fresh herbs until creamy.
  3. Unroll crescent roll dough into triangles.
  4. Place about a tablespoon of filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll up tightly toward the point.
  5. Shape bunny ears by bending the top two points outward and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
