  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil (or Butter)
  • 1 cup Kataifi Pastry
  • 4 ounces Dark Chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil (or more butter)
  • 2 tablespoons Pistachios (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread kataifi pastry on a baking tray and drizzle melted coconut oil over it. Bake for 5 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Once cooled, break baked kataifi into small pieces and layer it in serving cups. Add sliced strawberries on top, followed by a generous pour of melted chocolate.
  4. Garnish with chopped pistachios if desired, then allow to cool slightly before serving.
