  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp white apple vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the ditalini pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water until cooled. Transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and fresh parsley to the bowl with the cooked pasta.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, white apple vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
