  • 12 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries. Slice them in half lengthwise, keeping the stems attached if possible. Gently scoop out some of the insides to create room for filling.
  2. Drain the strawberry halves cut side down on paper towels for a few minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine whipped cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fill a piping bag (or Ziploc bag) with the cream cheese mixture and pipe generously into each strawberry half.
