  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together chicken broth and cornstarch until smooth. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes; mix until well combined.
  3. Place seasoned chicken in the crockpot and pour the sauce over to fully coat.

  5. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours until chicken is tender.
  6. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in butter to enrich the sauce.
