  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook rigatoni in salted water until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. 2. Sear chicken in a skillet with olive oil and butter until golden brown; set aside.
