  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. Season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning, then heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic in remaining butter, then add heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
