  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for heat)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Juice of lime
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish

  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in curry powder, turmeric, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper; cook for about 30 seconds.

  5. Pour in coconut milk, tomato puree, and chicken broth; bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce heat and cook uncovered for about 15 minutes until thickened.
