  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1/4 cup of butter and sear the chicken thighs for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. Add the remaining butter to the skillet and sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley, then return the chicken to the skillet. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
