  • 12 oz sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and toss with a bit of butter to prevent sticking.
  2. Season the steak with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear in a skillet with olive oil for about 3-4 minutes per side; let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, cook shrimp seasoned with remaining Cajun seasoning until opaque and slightly crispy.
  4. Prepare the sauce by melting butter, adding minced garlic, and then stirring in heavy cream and cheeses until thickened.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, topped with sliced steak and shrimp.
