  • 12 baby portobello mushroom caps
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces ready-to-eat crab meat
  • 3 handfuls fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced parsley
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 strips turkey bacon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes, then add spinach until wilted.
  4. Combine the crab meat with the sautéed mixture and seasonings in the skillet.
  5. Mix softened cream cheese and Parmesan in a bowl until smooth; fold in crab mixture.
