  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for cinnamon swirl)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 12 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, sugars, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until well blended.
  3. Sprinkle baking soda and salt over the mixture; gradually add flour and stir until just combined.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together granulated sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the pan; sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
  6. Add remaining batter, then sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
