Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
  2. Mix in cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour until well combined.
  3. Roll dough into 1-inch balls on a prepared baking sheet; press your thumb into each ball to create an indentation.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake cookies for about 12 minutes.
  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt together white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk; stir in mint extract and spoon into cookie centers after cooling.
