  • 1 package Krusteaz Almond Poppyseed Supreme Muffin Mix
  • Poppy seed packet (included)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine water, egg, and muffin mix until just moistened. Gently fold in the included poppy seeds.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spoon cherry pie filling over the top and swirl gently using a knife.
  4. Bake for 50–55 minutes until golden brown and set in the center. Cool for about 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
  5. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
