  • 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour (or Cornstarch)
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth (or Vegetable Broth)

  • 1 cup Matchstick Carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups Uncooked Macaroni Noodles
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic until softened.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Stir in flour and cook for about 1 minute; gradually add chicken broth while stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika; mix well.
  5. Add matchstick carrots and uncooked macaroni noodles; stir to coat everything in the creamy broth.
  6. Bring to a gentle boil, reduce heat, and let simmer for 10–12 minutes until pasta is al dente.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar and parmesan until melted.
