  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter – cut into small pieces and chilled (for filling)
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 2.5 pounds peaches – peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing flour, sugar, salt, and chilled butter in a food processor until crumbly. Gradually add ice water until the dough forms. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. For the filling, combine flour, sugars, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Add chilled butter pieces until crumbly. Toss sliced peaches with cornstarch and cinnamon.
