  • 12 oz twisted pasta (like rotini or fusilli)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, plus extra to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Season sliced chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Add chicken broth and heavy cream; stir well.
  4. Lower heat and mix in cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine cooked pasta and chicken with sauce, tossing gently to coat evenly.
