Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar until it resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a greased 9×9 inch baking pan and refrigerate.
  3. In a small bowl, dissolve vegan gelatin in warm water; let sit until thickened.
  4. In another bowl, mix whipped cream, bubblegum yogurt, bubblegum extract, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold in the dissolved vegan gelatin until well combined.
  6. Pour filling over the chilled crust and spread evenly.
  7. Chill again for at least 60 minutes until firm.
