  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped Roma tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil leaves, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt. Stir gently until all ingredients are well incorporated. Set aside for marination while preparing the cheese mixture.
  2. In another mixing bowl, blend crumbled feta cheese with softened cream cheese until smooth using a spatula or mixer. Add sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Mix until creamy and well combined.
  3. Carefully fold in the marinated bruschetta mixture into the creamy cheese blend using a spatula until fully mixed. Adjust seasoning if necessary by adding more salt or lemon juice according to your preference.
