  • 6 oz uncooked rotini pasta
  • 4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 ½ cups halved cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz turkey turkey bacon
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt (or to taste)
  • ⅛ tsp ground black pepper (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until creamy.
