- 4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1 ½ cups halved cherry tomatoes
- 8 oz turkey turkey bacon
- 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- ¼ tsp fine sea salt (or to taste)
- ⅛ tsp ground black pepper (or to taste)
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool.
