  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 48 ounces white chocolate almond bark
  • 6 ounces red candy melts
  • 24 popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into a greased 9×13 pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cool slightly before crumbling the cake and mixing in cream cheese until dough-like.
  5. Press about 1 tablespoon of dough into each molds, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze for 10 minutes.
  6. Melt white chocolate almond bark and coat each cakesicle before letting them harden.
  7. Melt red candy melts and flick over cakesicles for the blood splatter effect.
