  • 2 cups shredded zucchini (about 2 medium zucchinis)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Optional: 1 cup chocolate chips or nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
