  • 12 chillies
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 8 large prawns (prepared with shells on but vein removed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your BBQ by igniting firelighters under charcoal until hot.
  2. In a pan, combine olive oil, grated garlic, sliced chillies, lemon zest, and juice. Cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  3. Marinate the prawns in half of the garlic mixture for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Grill prawns on high heat for about 45 seconds to 1 minute per side until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. Drizzle remaining marinade over grilled prawns before serving.
