  • 1 tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • salt (to taste)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (divided)
  • 1/2 loaf ciabatta or baguette (sliced thin)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a shallow serving bowl, place the burrata and let it sit at room temperature.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine chopped basil, lemon zest, minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with crushed red pepper flakes and salt to taste.
