  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove chicken from buttermilk; dredge each piece in the flour mixture and let sit on a wire rack.

  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry chicken pieces until golden brown (about 4-5 minutes per side).
