Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C). Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine mashed bananas with lemon juice; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  4. Cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
