  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 balls of burrata cheese, drained
  • 1/4 cup roasted pistachios, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint
  • 1/4 cup chopped basil
  • 16 ounces sliced bread
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. In a mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and brown sugar.
  2. Place strawberries in a casserole dish, drizzle with the balsamic mixture, and toss gently. Roast for 20 minutes until tender.
