  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 and 1/4 cups M&Ms
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add granulated and brown sugars until well combined.
  3. Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until just combined.
  4. Add flour, baking soda, and salt to the mixture; mix until no dry flour remains. Fold in oats, M&Ms, and chocolate chips using a spatula.
  5. Using a cookie scoop or measuring about four ounces of dough each, place dough balls on prepared sheets spaced two inches apart.
  6. Bake for about 10–13 minutes until edges are set but centers may appear slightly underbaked.
  7. Allow cookies to cool completely on a cooling rack before serving or storing.
