  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice and zest
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp za’atar seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  4. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray or lightly coat with olive oil. Arrange the marinated chicken in a single layer and bake uncovered for about 45 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
